We Believe Every child deserves a safe home.

Safe Living Services is a Canadian non-profit organization dedicated to serving youth and adults in Ottawa. We operate two residential group homes that provide comprehensive care to children and youth aged 9-17 with [various needs, e.g., emotional, behavioural, developmental.

For a child who has experienced instability, a safe home is more than a roof and a bed. It is a place where they can trust the adults around them, build routines, and begin to imagine a hopeful future. That is what we work to create every day.

Our group homes are designed to feel like homes, not institutions. Every day, children and youth aged 9-17 find routine, encouragement, and caring adults who listen and show up for them.

From shared meals and homework help to everyday activities and quiet moments, we focus on the small, steady things that help a young person feel safe, valued, and ready to grow.

We work alongside families, schools, and community partners so that each child is supported in every part of their life. Our goal is simple: a safe place to call home, and a brighter future ahead.
